PERAK whipped the daylights out of Sarawak when they went on a 15-0 rampage in Group B of the National Under-16 tournament in Sandakan yesterday,
Perak, the reigning silver medallists, top the table on goals, but it looks like Sarawak has not seen the last of a double digit score in this tournament.
Penang kept pace with Perak when they beat Sabah 4-0 for full points after two matches.
In Group A, Defending champions Kuala Lumpur. who played their first match yesterday, beat Singapore 2-0 with penalty corner goals from Shahril Saabah in the third minute, and Shahiram Zali in the 13th minute.
RESULTS: Group A: K. Lumpur 2 Singapore 0, Johor 1 Selangor 1, Kelantan 3 Perlis 1.
Group B: Perak 15 Sarawak 0, Penang 4 Sabah 0, Malacca 0 N. Sembilan 4.
