Argentina beat England 3-0

Argentina were the first team to qualify for Sunday’s ERGO Hockey Junior World Cup final today. The Leoncitas wrestled down England 3-0 while in the other semi-final, the Netherlands also had some difficulty moving past a passionately fighting Indian team but came through eventually with a 3-0 victory. Sunday's final will thus be another instance of what has become the classic rivalry in women's finals in recent years: Argentina versus Netherlands.
